GULF COVE POINT
Gulf Cove Point is a small, quiet, and peaceful, deed restricted community located halfway between Port Charlotte and Englewood Florida on McCall Road (State Road 776) near Gulfstream (E) and near Home Depot. We are situated on approximately 15 acres and we have 92 single story, ground floor villas in 23 buildings which are commonly called four-plexes. Each of the 92 units is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with approximately 900 sq ft of living space. Our community is made up of full time and seasonal resident owners.
